As employees in most of the government organizations arrive late and leave early and take leave but in government records they are present and on time. It is likely that he signs the attendance register the next day for today.
Secondly, they shut down their services within seconds (eg 1:30:00 at lunch time) but the employees are actually comes very late after lunch. People get little time to get their work done and they have to wait in queues.
So there is no use complaining about the attendance because as as per the records they are on time.
Now if we check login / logout timings done by Money Order staff, Speed Post Staff and Post Office Bank Staff, we can know what timing actually they are coming.
So an RTI shows that even the Noida Post Office opens at 10 am, the log-in time has been done by the employees are after few minutes and even though it is closed at 6 pm, they logged out some minutes before.
