To know the different types of departments in IRCTC Corporate Office New Delhi.

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited is an Indian Public Sector Undertaking that provides ticketing, catering and tourism services to the India Railways.

There are many departments in every public sector undertaking which helps in running all the work of the company properly.

Therefore, an RTI was filed to know all the departments and their role and responsbilities in the Corporate of Office of Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited located at B-148, 11th Floor, Statesman House, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi 110001.

The point asked in the said RTI are :-

  1. Provide the name of each of the departments in the Registered/Corporate Office of the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited located in New Dehi. (For example, Administration, Accounts, RTI Cell, Coordination Section etc).
  2. Provide the details of work/duty to be performed by each department.
  3. Provide the details of how the IRCTCs staff attendance is recorded in its registered/corporate office New Delhi, whether by Biometric or through an attendance register.

The point wise reply of the concerned Central Public Information Officer is given below :-

5. Finance.
6. RNP.
7. General Administration (Company Secretary, Legal Administration, Corporate Coordination, Rajbhasha, Public relation, Corporate/IT.)
2. For point number the the CPIO replied that :- >
The Roles and Responsibilities of IRCTC Corporate Office Departments.
3. For Point number 3 CPIO replied that :-
Presently attendence is recorded through Biometric.
